Fashion Trend Report (Spring2015)

2015 SPRING 

A new year, with a new beginning! Also, a new beginning for fashion trend!
We know that spring seems far away in Portland, but the time will go by quickly. Nevertheless, many stores are already trying to get rid of their winter collections to have spaces for the spring goods.
Luckily, the 2014 spring's fashion trends you still be wearable for this coming spring. But there are still some clothes you want to get for this spring, and be in the fashion trend! Moreover, what you wear is related to the color we chose! The fashion trend includes the use of color.

First, I will briefly discuss about the color trend in 2015-----

This season there is a move toward the cooler and softer side of the color spectrum. The cooler and softer color choices with subtle warm tone for spring is taking cue from nature.

In addition, designer apply the color to their design and here we go the TOP 10 trends of spring 2015 (from the fashion week cheat sheet). However, this is from the runway, the outfits won't be appropriate for people to wear in a City. Below each trends I will give a general idea of how people can wear in the style.

1 Bohemian Evening 

Heading out into the night, just need to be a little bit more gorgeous and romantic.

2 Trouser Suit

The new style of trouser suit isn't something like the traditional power dressing. You can put your shoulder pads back in your closet!

Lets renew the formal and traditional look in gingham to a causal look that you can wear them everyday.

With the Seventies vibes in the air, the look of suede was bound to make an appearance on the runways (Vogue). Trench coats, and classic boot-cut pants came with a comfy touch.

5 The Bride Wore

Spring- the season full of love vibes, the midst of wedding planing, or the beginning of a relationship. The old thoughts in white lace was reimagined in gorgeous way.

6 Denim

Never get tired of Denim! Denim in dresses, coats, rompers, pants, and skirts! Also, there are bunch of 
form in denim, from dark wash to lace-up, bedazzled and more....it's all about the jean!

7 No Wallflowers

Big and beautiful or minute and abstract; the flower powers everywhere in this season.

8 The New Festival Girl

9 Midriff Baring Evening 

A new trend in these years- crop top plus a piece of skirt. No needs for wearing gown, but make yourself one with the crop top and a ladylike skirt.

A little shimmy, a little shake. In this season, it is all about the movement! After people are experiencing winter for too long in Portland, spring is finally here for you!

However, the fashion trend is simply just a sample for people to refer about what to wear. You don't have to follow the trend. Fashion is not only in the dress, but everywhere, in the air, in your mind, and in your heart.
